Network Support Engineer L1

Role & responsibilities :

As a Network Support Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of our network infrastructure. You will play a critical role in ensuring the network systems are operational and efficient, supporting internal teams and external clients.

Preferred candidate profile:

Candidate shoudl have Technical knowledge of Network, Server, Firewall, Managed Network Switch, Troubleshooting of all type of Network Issue including Server, Computer and Laptop Hardware / Installation and troubleshooting of various type of Software Like Microsoft Server and windows, Ubuntu, Linux , Unix, Endpoint Security, VMware, having Knowledge of Installation of Troubleshooting of CCTV Security Surveillance, Biometric Access Control, Video Conferencing Solution, Having Knowledge if IPBX and EPABX and Voice Communication Solution. Can prepare Book as per client need and can work on Site MAP also can handle the junior team. ( A bachelor's degree in network engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field )
