My expierence at Micro Network India has been nothing short of dreadful. The company offers no job security, and the toxic culture permeates every aspect of work. Managers and VPs are rude, dismissive, and show no respect for employees. The salary is insulting considering the immense pressure from all sides, and leadership has lied about almost everything, leaving us disillusioned. The environment is filled with constant stress, unfair expectations, and a complete lack of support. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, and it's been a struggle to stay motivated in such a miserable atmosphere. Upon joining the company, many assurances were given to provide proper training, but within two months of time only I was expelled from the company, where most of the freshers had the right to stay in for three months with the company before they hit the flow. I started my career in the corporate sector, trusting the VP's empty promises and growth. What I got instead was a complete disaster. They left us stranded with absolutely zero product training, and it became painfully obvious they didn't care. My two months at Micro Network were a complete waste; all I did was make calls to clientsin the air with no guidance or purpose. It felt like they were just throwing us to the wolves. On top of that, when we faced consistent training failures and ridiculous pricing issues, their excuse was the same: "Every company faces challenges."
