Assistant Manager - Asset Management & Investments - Real Estate (3-7 yrs)

Job Description:

- Analyze data of the company's properties and assets to consolidate and derive portfolio level statistics.

- Perform financial modelling and assist with financial planning, prepare and monitor budgets and conduct variance analysis.

- Work closely with the Asset Management department to formulate and execute asset management strategies and plans for the real estate portfolio to optimize income and value of the company's assets.

- Conduct research regarding the real estate industry, REITs, and present your analysis regarding the portfolio, growth on both micro and macro level as well as future strategies.

- Manage global market intelligence to enhance the company's competitiveness.

Successful Applicant:

- CA/MBA qualification is a must.

- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.

- Experience in the real estate/logistics sector or handling real estate portfolio is a plus.

- Possess hands-on experience across asset management, financial modelling and financial analysis.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently, take initiatives and take ownership of the role.
