Senior Analyst - Data Analytics (5-12 yrs)

- 5-7 years' experience in a role that required a high degree of analysis and reporting of complex data sets, summarising large data sets and preparing presentations on the data for senior management

- 4-5 years of experience in Advanced Excel, SQL and VBA Macros

- Strong attention to detail, analytical acumen, intellectual curiosity, creativity, a proven work ethic and self directed

- Ability to understand business scenarios and model it for budget, forecast, and other ad-hoc analysis

- MBA or equivalent post graduate degree

- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within Human Resources, Sustainability metrics and database structures

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver best in class data / reports aligned with ESRS methodology, internal service level agreements, and regulatory requirements

- Work on ESG mandates including but not limited to: Materiality Assessment, GAP Analysis,

Implementation Plan, Monitoring and Dashboarding, Statutory Reporting, ESG Reports

- Resolve any customer queries and ensure agreed SLAs are met. Work with internal stakeholders for any exception handling

- Perform regular audits to ensure data and system integrity. Audit HR data, validate calculations,

troubleshoot irregularities & support data governance process

- Complete monthly, quarterly and adhoc HR reporting and data analysis. Respond to data requests from HR and other functions

- Development & maintenance of a data dictionary & standard mapping

- Continually research, test and stay up to date on all system updates and fixes

- Produce and deliver standard and customized reports, dashboards and ad-hoc requests based on business need

- Assist with continual process improvements by researching methods to continue to automate and streamline processes

- Responsible for addressing a high volume of system-related activities in a timely fashion while consistently maintaining a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
