Assistant Vice President/Vice President - Investment Banking - IIT/IIM (3-8 yrs)

Hiring Vice President/AVP for a boutique Investment Bank firm who will be responsible for leading the Executionand Business Development. AVP/Vice President works on various deals, including Private Equity, M&A,

Will also be involved in the life cycle of live deals, executing deals on buy/sell-side deals.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee Client coverage Vertical, Deal Originations, Business Development, Relationship Building and end-to-end execution of M&A/PE mandates across industries.

- Identifying and managing investor and deal closure.

Experience/Skills required:

- 5+ years in Investment banking with Investment banking, Investment Advisory, OR in Banks/ FI/ Fund House/Boutique Investment Banking Firms.

- Must have experience in Deal Origination, Investor Co-ordination/Relationship Management, and Stakeholder Management.

- Experience in managing the process including valuation analysis, investor discussions, negotiations, and preparation of deal materials like the financial model, information memorandum, and teaser deck.

- Industry know-how is a must, should have Investment Banking or Investment Advisory experience in the past.
