Associate Director - Tax Pricing

Responsibilities:

1. To build and manage enablement databases for all tax services, establish a Center of Excellence (CoE) for tax pricing.

2. Create and implement a Target Operating Model (TOM) to create, manage, and include important data points.

3. Establish and maintain connections with various Tax service lines, sub-service lines, and member firms.

4. Provide several tax service lines with the advantages of the CoE.

5. Make suggestions for strategic and operational enhancements based on data-driven insights.

6. Provide guidance and instruction on tax service line-specific taxonomy to junior team members within the CoE.

7. Ensure that price and contractual data, nation data, and regulatory and compliance data are all approached using a data-driven methodology.
