Head - Pricing/Commercial/Tax & PD (14-18 yrs)

The Head of pricing, commercial and Tax and PD is responsible to provide strategic leadership in the areas of pricing, commercial and tax strategy, regulatory compliance, and PD with associated costs.

Key Responsibilities:

Pricing strategy:

- Develop and implement comprehensive pricing strategies to optimize revenue, savings, and profitability.

- Collaborate with cross functional teams to align pricing with market trends and competitive landscapes.

- Regular monitoring of portfolio performance.

- Perform financial impact analysis for pricing initiatives.

Commercial and tax strategy:

- Formulate and execute commercial and tax strategies that align with business targets.

- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and implement effective tax planning strategies.

- Be responsible for implementing pricing models in a timely and precise manner.

- Manage billing processes, approve invoices, supports on billing queries, update service descriptions etc.

Regulatory compliance:

- Oversee regulatory compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to financial regulations and standards.

- Stay informed about changes in regulatory requirements and implement necessary adjustments.

- Contribute, establish and further develop guidelines, methods, processes and systems for controlling topics.

PD planning: FTEs and cost planning:

- Lead the strategic planning of PD, assessing staffing needs based on business goals and targets.

- Develop comprehensive cost models, ensuring alignment with FTE planning and overall financial strategy.

- PD alignment and submission with central teams and GSDs.

- Monitor actuals vs. plan, analyses deviations and their drivers, recommend measures to ensure plan achievement and tracks ongoing progress of e.g. major project initiatives.
