Job Description
- Deploying, configuring, and managing Microsoft Intune for secure mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM)
- Developing and enforcing Intune policies and procedures in coordination with the Security team to ensure compliance with security standards and best practices
- Control the update process of Applications and Security on the clients
- Monitoring and analyzing Intune performance metrics to identify and suggest areas for improvement
- Integrating Microsoft Intune with other enterprise systems to streamline device management and improve security
- Documenting Device configurations, procedures, and changes to the Intune environment for future reference and compliance purposes
- Staying up to date with the latest developments on topics related to Microsoft Intune and suggest current industry practices
- Knowledge sharing and training to others on topics related to device compliance and deployment technologies and processes
- Providing technical support and training to team members on Intune
- Ability to solve the technical issues in the infrastructure and in all client devices with the coordination of Local IT colleagues located in all Miba sites across the globe

Professional Expertise
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field.
- Minimum 6-12 years of professional experience into Application Packaging i.e. SCCM, Windows Autopilot, Intune (MDM)etc.
- Knowledge in Active directory, Network, security, MSI, MSIX etc.
- Knowledge into Flexera Admin studio is an added advantage.
- Strong written and oral English communication skills.
- Knowledge and experience with agile methodology is an added advantage.
