Responsibilities

List of Activities

Maintain and run the SCCM/Intune Infrastructure on a global level
Ability to create/maintain Software packages
Knowledge of Automation / scripting
Monitoring the installation process
Ability to solve the problems in the infrastructure as well as all kind of clients together with the coordination of global team worldwide
Control the update process of Applications and Security on the clients
Create and update all documentations related to device installations
Knowledge sharing and training to others regarding process of deployment technologies

Professional Expertise

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum 6-12 years of professional experience into Application Packaging i.e. SCCM, Windows Autopilot, Intune (MDM)etc.
• Knowledge in Active directory, Network, security, MSI, MSIX etc.
• Knowledge into Flexera Admin studio is an added advantage.
• Strong written and oral English communication skills.
• Knowledge and experience with agile methodology is an added advantage.
