Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to drive performance and productivity.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and key client relationships .
Oversee sales operations, forecasting, and pipeline management .
Negotiate and close high-value deals with enterprise and B2B clients.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market needs.
Track sales performance metrics and optimize processes for better efficiency.
Represent the company at conferences, networking events, and industry meetings .
Requirements:
Bachelor s/Master s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field .
7+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the IT, software, or SaaS industry .
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets .
Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients and key stakeholders .
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) for sales tracking.
Data-driven mindset with expertise in sales forecasting and analytics .
Willingness to work onsite at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar .
