Job Description
MEIP (MHI Engineering and Industrial Projects India Pvt. Ltd), a Group Company of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries,
Japan (www.mhi.com, www.mhieip.com ) engaged in Fertilizer, LNG, Petrochemical, Green Energy business
is hiring candidates for the following position with experience in FEED/EPC of Fertilizer/ Petrochemical/
Refinery plant for their Gurgaon office.
Position : Engineer - Static Qualification : B.E./ B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering)
Preferred Age : 30-40 years
Type of job : 1 Year Fixed Term Employment (extendable)
Experience in working for individual requisitions for FEED and Detailed Engineering and Green Energy Projects,
Oil Gas and Process Plants.
Design experience of ST Heat Exchangers, Columns, Pressure Vessels Storage Tanks.
Good knowledge of latest codes and standards as ASME, API TEMA.
Experienced in using the tools PV Elite Compress.
Technical Resolutions with Client and Vendors. Meetings with Client and inhouse departments for resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
a) Responsible for individual requisitions for a project.
b) Mechanical Design for Columns, ST HE and Storage Tanks
c) Checking Equipment drawings - Inhouse and Vendor Documents
d) Responsible for Deliverables as per Project Schedule and Work Flow.
e) Preparation of Individual Purchase Specifications, Technical Bid Clarifications, Vendor co-ordination.
f) Providing necessary inputs to other departments.
g) Attend meetings with Client, Inhouse and, also with Vendors whenever necessary.
h) Attend meetings inhouse and extend to work towards deliverables completion.
i) Team member for ISO (Quality Assurance) documentation.
j) Generate Project Reports if required need basis
a) Knowledge about Fired Heaters, Convection section and Ducting is an added advantage.
b) Aware of MS Office tools Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
