Back Office Executive

MFC is looking to hire back office executive, she will assist in day to day office activities, clients co-ordination and bidding at our Malakpet, Hyderabad Location.

Candidates from transportation, Logistic and/or supply chain industry preferred.

Back Office Executive Responsibilities:

• Correspondence with existing Clients and new client search
• Participate in E-bidding, rates, negotiation, and coordination.
• Sending quotations through email, revert and clients day to day calling
• Performing basic administrative duties and routine office work.
• Co-ordination and timely vehicles arrangement.
• Assisting in day to day activities and reporting to Department Head

Back Office Executive Requirements:

• Bachelors degree
• 1 to 2 years of previous work experience as an Office Executive/ Back Office.
• Excellent organizational skills
• Good knowledge of computer operating systems, MS Office, software & Excel is must.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• 1 to 2 years work experience in similar functions. Freshers can apply.
