WHAT YOULLDO

• Strategic Input - Identify training needs and develop a comprehensivelearning and development strategy that aligns with the organizations goals andobjectives.
  
• Operational Output - Design, develop and deliver highly progressivetraining programs that support the development of employees and enhance theirskills and knowledge. This includes owning and driving the Graduate Program.
  
• Creation - Develop effective learning materials,workshops/events, including e-learning courses, hackathons, webinars, and othertraining aids in learning management system (LMS) and our online learningplatform
  
• Reporting & Analytics - Develop metrics and reporting systems to measure thesuccess of training programs and provide regular updates to leadership.
  
• Budgets & Compliance - Manage training budgets and ensure compliance withregulatory requirements.
