The Productivity Analyst will work closely with teams across the organization to monitor and evaluate performance metrics, identify inefficiencies, and implement strategies to optimize people productivity. This individual will gather data, analyze trends, and recommend improvements that lead to cost reduction, enhanced operational workflows, suggest scope for automation and implementing strategies to achieve optimal workforce performance

Familiarity with data modelling, forecasting, and predictive analytics.
