Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitor and control the production process on FBC (Flexible Batch Culture) reactors to ensure efficient operation.
  
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, inspecting, and replacing parts as needed.
  
• Troubleshoot issues with equipment malfunctions or breakdowns to minimize downtime.
  
• Collaborate with other operators and team members to optimize productivity and quality.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations during all aspects of operations.
