Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct wet lab activities such as synthesis, purification, and characterization of APIs (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients).
  
• Perform analytical testing using techniques like HPLC, GC, FTIR, and ICP-MS to ensure product quality.
  
• Maintain accurate records of experiments, results, and inventory management in compliance with cGMP guidelines.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to API development and manufacturing.
  
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
