Assistant Manager(Team lead)- Particle Engineering- R&D, Shapurnagar

Handling the team size of 5-7 members.

• Plan the day to day activities and guiding the team and interact with other

cross functional teams across all units.

• Experience in crystallization studies.

• Experience in handling powder processing operations multi mill,

micronization, spray dryer.

• Equipment selection and mapping for new products.

• Process flow diagram (PFD) preparations.

• Mass and energy balance calculations.

• Scale-up and scale-down calculations.

• Trouble shooting experiments/plan experiments at lab scale.

• Process simulation calculations.

• Process development and Cost reduction for commercial projects.

• Execution support from lab to pilot and plant scales.

• Monitoring the plant batches and guiding the production teams.

• Working on new technologies/implementations at plants.

• Co-ordinate with the vendors and perform the trials.Role & responsibilities
