Assistant Manager - R & D

We are hiring for the role of Assistant Manager - R & D at Jyothy Labs

Experience - 6 - 10 years

Role & responsibilities

• Product development in FMCG Homecare port folio, shall be experienced in independent formulation and implementation (lab/pilot/plant scale).

• Liaison with marketing, manufacturing, packaging, legal and QA related to portfolio

• Technical support to manufacturing and QA. Plant visits for product trials and stabilization

• Anaylse market trends, consumer expectation and insights. Convert to organizational benefit via innovations in product/process

• RM cost reduction in existing products

• Lab safety and inventory management as per norms. Ensure compliance to pollution control board, legal and other regulatory norms.

• Budgeting for portfolio

Preferred candidate profile

• Must Have experience in Home Care
• Should be only from FMCG background
• Should Have experienced working for Lab / Factories
