Branch Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet sales targets.
• Improve individual and team performance through training, guidance, and performance feedback.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and ensure timely follow-up on digital leads and sales calls.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data for vehicle exchanges, test rides, and other sales-related activities.
• Ensure all necessary reports and data required by Hero Motocorp are submitted on time and are of the required quality.
• Implement strategies to boost sales and increase customer conversion rates.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and sales processes.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive or two-wheeler industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of digital lead management and CRM tools.
• Ability to manage and organize data and reports effectively.
• Knowledge of Hero Motocorps sales and reporting requirements.
