We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion PPM Consultant to join our dynamic team at KPMG. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and a proven track record of leading end-to-end implementations. You will be responsible for driving successful client engagements, managing client relationships independently, and ensuring the optimal configuration and utilization of Oracle Fusion PPM solutions..

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage end-to-end (E2E) implementation of Oracle Fusion PPM for clients, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding expectations.

- Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements, map them to Oracle Fusion PPM capabilities, and design functional solutions.

- Provide hands-on configuration and customization of the Oracle Fusion PPM module, ensuring it aligns with client needs and business objectives.

- Act as the primary point of contact for client interactions, providing regular project updates, addressing concerns, and offering solutions to any challenges that arise.

- Facilitate workshops and meetings with client stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and expectations.

- Assist in data migration and integration with other Oracle modules or third-party applications.

- Oversee the development of testing strategies and facilitate end-user training.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional and technical issues related to Oracle Fusion PPM.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle Fusion PPM developments, product releases, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements :

- 4-7 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM), with a strong background in implementing and configuring Oracle solutions.

- Minimum of 2 successful end-to-end (E2E) implementations of Oracle Fusion PPM.

- Ability to manage client relationships independently, acting as the main point of contact and effectively communicating with various stakeholders.

- Oracle PPM certification is preferable.

- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion PPM, including modules such as Project Costing, Project Management, and Procurement.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex client needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and manage cross-functional teams as required.

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of other Oracle Cloud modules (such as Oracle Procurement Cloud, Oracle Financials Cloud) and integrations with Oracle PPM.

- Experience with Agile methodology and project delivery.

- Strong understanding of project portfolio management principles and best practices.
