Job Description Digital Marketing
• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the
company's website.
• Develop and implement comprehensive B2B traditional marketing strategies to generate lead and
support sales efforts.
• Manage and oversee the company's social media accounts, creating engaging content and
monitoring analytics.
• Optimize website content for SEO and manage coordination with the SEO agency.
• Manage and spear head google AdWords and monitor the effectiveness, implement course
corrections as needed
• Coordinate with the internal stakeholders for approvals and launch campaigns, blogs case studies,
text ads, videos, webinars, post in digital media - LinkedIn, Facebook etc. • Design marketing materials and curate and publish in respective medium.
• Oversee product additions to the website, including technical drawings and 3D product models.
• Develop branding strategies and materials for dealers to ensure consistent brand representation.
• Share marketing data with the sales team on a monthly basis. • Coordinate and manage the company's participation in events.
• Handle additional tasks and small projects as they arise.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional offers.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends to inform marketing
strategies.
• Create and manage a content calendar to ensure timely and relevant content across all marketing
channels.
• Analyze competitor activities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
• Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals and objectives.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources for different marketing activities.
• Establish and maintain relationships with media outlets, bloggers, and influencers to enhance
brand visibility.
• Monitor customer feedback and reviews, responding as needed to maintain a positive brand
image.
• Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
Qualifications:
• Any Graduate
• 5-7 yrs of experience in boot strapped startups, small, medium firms preferred
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
• Experience with SEO, social media marketing, and content creation
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing concepts and best practices
• Proficiency in using marketing tools and software (e.g., Zoho, Google Analytics)
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Must have worked in international market : preferably - US , UK
