We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketer to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on social media management, content creation, SEO, web analytics, and website management. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Social Media Management : Develop, execute, and manage social media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) to engage and grow our audience.
- Digital Marketing Strategy : Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
- Content Creation : Develop high-quality content for digital channels, including blogs, social media posts, emails, and website content, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- SEO and Web Analytics : Perform keyword research and optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings. Use web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and analyze website performance and campaign effectiveness.
- Website Management : Oversee the management and maintenance of the company website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for performance.
- Campaign Management : Plan, execute, and monitor digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) to drive targeted traffic and achieve marketing goals.
- Market Research : Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Performance Reporting : Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance, including key metrics and KPIs. Provide recommendations for improvement based on data analysis.
- Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, design, product) to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Key Skills & Qualifications :
- Social Media Management : Proficiency in managing and growing social media channels, including experience with social media tools and analytics.
- Digital Marketing : Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including email marketing, pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and online promotions.
- Content Creation : Excellent writing and content creation skills, with the ability to produce engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms.
- SEO and Web Analytics : Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with web analytics tools to measure and analyze campaign performance.
- Website Management : Experience in managing and updating websites, including familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Analytical Skills : Strong analytical skills to interpret data, measure campaign effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience : 2-4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing roles.
