Ansible Developer

Position Summary

We are looking for an Ansible Developer to design, implement, and maintain Ansible playbooks for automating IT processes. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, ensuring system integrity and performance through effective automation solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks and roles
• Collaborate with IT teams to optimize automation processes
• Document best practices and troubleshoot automation issues
• Participate in code reviews and maintain version control

Education, Technical Skills & Other Critical Requirement

Education

Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or another related field with 4+ years of IT and Infrastructure engineering work experience.

• 3+ years of experience with Ansible and IT automation
• Proficiency in YAML, Linux/Unix, and scripting languages like Python
• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to investigate complex technical issues
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholder teams
• Fast learner who is eager to learn new technologies and tools
• Excellent work ethic and willingness to take ownership and accountability for task delivery
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to investigate complex technical issues
