Job Description

• Collaborate with teams and other developers to design develop test deploy and maintain chatbot virtual assistant.
• Maintain and enhance chatbot platform to meet changing needs.
• Integrate chatbot solutions with multiple platforms.
• Troubleshoot bots debug and deploy chatbots on various channels.
• Refactor or reengineer chatbot applications as per requirements.
• Enhance user effectiveness of chatbot with the help of advanced technologies.
• Should have experience using generative models such as Chat GPT.
• Should have experience using frameworks such as MS copilot studio Microsoft Bot
• Framework to create an AI conversational chatbot that can use custom information to converse and record conversations into a database.
• Should also have experience creating a webbased frontend for the chatbot and be involved in testing and debugging.

Primary Skills

• Proven experience with the Chatbot development frameworks proficiency at using any of these frameworks in building chatbots from scratch Microsoft copilot studio and Azure Bot Framework
• Programming languages a multilanguage background is highly recommended A solid experience working with Python ReactJS or NodeJS is a must
• Technologies a deep understanding of how AI Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing works
• Mobile and chat messaging apps. A skilled chatbot developer should be familiar with different platforms to integrate your chatbots Popular examples are whatsapp Facebook Messenger Telegram and Skype
• Good knowledge of continuous integration development principles
• Knowledge of GIT
• Familiar with Cloud technologies Microsoft Azure cloud or AWS microservices RESTful design
• 3 years of API development including Web Services and serialization XML JSON SOAP REST
