- Ability to translate Actuarial / Business requirements into IT specifications
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and multiple geographies
Advantageous skills and experience:
- Knowledge of multiple actuarial reporting bases
- Exposure to any software development/testing/deployment cycle
- Power BI knowledge
- Alteryx knowledge
