Responsibilities :

- Actively participate in incident response, including on-call responsibilities (during business hours only).

- Implement service requests (e.g access management, infra commissioning).

- Perform Application configuration and maintenance changes in all environments (including production).

- Collaborate closely with engineering professionals within the organization to deliver reliable services.

- Take part in implementing standards and best practices related to: System Architecture, Service delivery, metrics, and the automation of operational tasks.

- Support services, product, and engineering teams by providing common tooling and frameworks to deliver increased availability and improved incident response.

- Take an active part in team ceremonies (scrum, project review).

Requirements :

- Engineering degree, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent work experience.

- Demonstrated work experience on cloud platforms (e.g GCP, AWS).

- Proficient in Infra/ configuration technologies (e.g Terraform, Ansible).

- Knowledge of Cloud-based applications and Containerization Technologies.

- Experience coding in higher-level languages (e.g , Python, JavaScript, C++, or Java).

- Demonstrated understanding of observability and its configuration.

- Demonstrable fundamentals in 2 of the following: Computer Science, Cloud architecture, Security, and Network Design fundamentals.

- Demonstrated proficiency in Linux operating systems.

(Experience, Education, Certification, License, and Training).

- Must have at least 6 years of hands-on experience working in the data center or Cloud systems infrastructure for large-scale customer-facing companies
