Job Description
- Must have good knowledge of audio and wearable products
- Deep knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools. Strong knowledge on QC Tools (CP / CPK / Gauge R&R , FPY 8D, Kaizen, Q7 Tools, six sigma DMAIC etc.,)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of Inspection process and supplier audits
- Statistical Process Control & FMEA
- Good knowledge of ISO 9001/ISO 14001
- Strong team player
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Able to drive cross-functional teams for problem-solving and improvement
- Knowledge on Working Experience on Product Level Firmware architecture, impacts on PCBA
- Knowledge on PCB Manufacturing Technologies and PCB Assembly process.
- Good knowledge of Quality Management Systems implementation in Manufacturing.
- Ensure that all the Finished Goods 100% OQC & PDI done.
- Ensure that all parts produced in house or by supplier meet 100% approved artwork/drawing requirements.
- Ensure quality of supplier parts by proper incoming inspection and supplier process audit
- Prepare Control Plan and inspection check sheets for all In-house Manufacturing Parts and ensure part inspection as per control plan.
- Ensure availability of right inspection Gauges and instruments and introduce modern
- Ensure that calibration of all test instruments and equipment available in the factory is done as per schedule
- Root cause analysis customer complaints, assign responsibilities and ensure CAPA
- Engage with stakeholders to resolve Quality issues.
- Ensure timely audits for all statutory and standards requirements like ISO certification
- Skill development of team members to meeting future workshops performance requirement
