Digital Marketing Specialist

We are on the lookout for an innovative Digital Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B digital marketing for IT services. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales & Marketing, this role will involve collaborating with in-house SEO experts, designers, and content writers. The primary focus will be on planning, managing, executing, and measuring social media handles, LinkedIn marketing, and email marketing for lead generation campaigns. The key objective is to drive lead generation, sales branding, and employer branding.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy Leadership:

o Assess market trends and competition to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies.

o Develop and execute high-impact digital marketing strategies tailored for Metayb s services and brand positioning.

o Oversee lead generation initiatives, focusing on creating a robust sales funnel.

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

. Multi-Channel Campaign Marketing:

o Plan, manage, execute, and measure social media handles.

o Plan and execute targeted LinkedIn marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

o Develop and implement email marketing strategies for lead generation campaigns.

. Collaborative Team Management:

o Work closely with in-house SEO experts, designers, and content writers to align digital efforts.

o Lead collaborative efforts to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing campaigns.

.Reporting and Analysis:

o Establish KPIs for digital marketing initiatives and provide regular reports to the Head of Sales & Marketing.

o Utilize analytics to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize campaign performance.

Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in a digital marketing role, specifically in B2B marketing for IT services.

Proven track record of successful lead generation and sales branding initiatives.

In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, LinkedIn marketing, and email marketing best practices .

Strong analytical skills to measure and interpret campaign performance data.

Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
