Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance process and Quality Manager with 5-10 years of experience to join our team. This role is integral to driving process simplification, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement in our finance operations. The ideal candidate should possess a strong command of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and have relevant experience working within Global Business Services (GBS) environments.
Key Responsibilities
Identify possible areas of process and technology improvements for IT processes; ensure adherence to compliance processes for system validations; initiate and anticipate in root-cause analysis for critical incidents
Design and supervise implementation of initiatives that would ensure daily activities such as asset usage, system implementation, documentation, etc are auditable; follow up with relevant teams to ensure quick closure of NCs raised during internal and external audits
