HR Business Partner (HR-BP)

We are hiring for a trailblazer in the bottled water industry. The role involves aligning business objectives with HR strategies, talent management, employee engagement, policy development, and promoting diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic partner to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
• Oversee talent acquisition, training, and development.
• Foster employee engagement and address concerns.
• Lead performance review processes and enhance productivity.
• Develop/update HR policies and ensure compliance.
• Design competitive compensation and benefits packages.
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
• Support organizational change and cultural transformation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree/Master Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Candidates preferred from Food & Beverages, FMCG industry.
