Sr. Engineer/Executive - PPC & Dispatch

Role & responsibilities

Customer Coordination

• Demand Forecasting: Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer orders to forecast future demand for products.
• Capacity Planning: Determine production capacity based on available resources (labor, machinery, raw materials) to meet forecasted demand.
• Production Scheduling: Create detailed production schedules, allocating resources and setting deadlines to optimize production flow.
• Material Requirements Planning (MRP): Plan and manage the procurement of raw materials and components to ensure timely availability for production.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, identify potential shortages or excesses, and implement measures to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Order Processing: Review and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness of order information.
• Dispatch Scheduling: Schedule and dispatch shipments, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain all necessary shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists.

Other Responsibilities:

• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs.
• Cost Control: Monitor production costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Quality Control: Ensure that products meet quality standards before dispatch.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with various departments, including sales, procurement, production, and logistics.

Preferred candidate profile

1- Good Communication Skill

2- Automobile experience is must

3- Sheet Metal parts knowledge is must

4- Excellent in customer coordination

5- Knowledge of SAP
