Management Trainee - HR

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Management Trainee HR to join our automotive sheet metal manufacturing company. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, payroll, and learning & development. The ideal candidate will gain exposure to corporate HR and plant HR operations across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
• Work closely with the Learning & Development (L&D) team to coordinate training programs.
• Assist in HR operations such as payroll, attendance, and leave management.
• Support employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
• Assist in handling labour laws and compliance-related documentation.
• Work on HR dashboards, reports, and data analysis to support decision-making.
• Coordinate with the plant HR teams for HR policy implementation and adherence.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of HR fundamentals, labor laws, and HR operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and HRMS tools.
• Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to travel to different plant locations when required.
