Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled SAP UI5 Developer with strong proficiency in Java to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring in-depth technical expertise, creativity, and problem-solving abilities to deliver high-quality, user-friendly applications that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and enhance SAP UI5 applications to meet client requirements.
- Integrate SAP UI5 applications with back-end systems using Java.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement user-centric solutions.
- Debug and troubleshoot application issues to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Maintain best practices in coding, documentation, and testing.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall improvement of development standards.
- Ensure alignment with user requirements and organizational goals throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP UI5 development.
- Proficiency in Java programming and its integration with SAP systems.
- Strong understanding of SAP Fiori design principles.
- Experience with OData/REST APIs for data binding and integration.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Web IDE or SAP Business Application Studio.
- Knowledge of MVC architecture and responsive UI design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in hybrid work environments.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of SAP HANA or related technologies.
- Certifications in SAP UI5 or Java would be an advantage.
