Job Description
- Independent handling of design activities requirement handling
- Perform design calculations and tolerance analysis
- Managing parts and assembly and in team center
- Creating base design and its variants
- Concept generation and evaluation
- Design and Develop 3D parts and drawings based on inputs from customer
Required skills :
- Good hands-on experience in UG NX CAD tool with Solid Modeling, Assembly, Surface modeling, Drawing
- Experience in plastic parts design and manufacturing process
- Knowledgeable in manufacturing and assembly processes and techniques involving injection molding, press tools, post-processing techniques
- Experience in preparing/maintaining Bill of materials
- Experience in 2D / 3D assembly drawing preparation
- Knowledge on GDT and Tolerance stack-up
- Hands on experience in design of components, Assemblies BoM
