Education
Essential: - Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Desired: - Master s degree in Mechanical Engineering
Knowledge
Essential: - Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Desired: - Master s degree in Mechanical Engineering
Knowledge
Solid knowledge of Part Modelling, Drafting of Electromechanical/Electronic Components and Sheet
Metal Enclosure design. Component placing.
Experience on Standards IEC/IEE and panel IP for Solar Inverters, UPS or VFDs
Knowledge of thermal modeling, heat sink and electrical cooling system design
Knowledge of electrical components like Switchgear, Filters, Busbar, Heatsinks
Design experience of UPS, Inverters, Converters
Hands on experience in AutoCAD and ProE, Visio and Creo 3D CAD
Skills and abilities:
Experience:
Experience in preparing Technical Specifications, Design documents and Test plans
Experience in BOM preparation
Working knowledge of tolerance analysis, DFM/DFA concepts
Experience working in Agile environment.
Good and Consistent Academic Records. Passion to Succeed and eager to learn new technologies
Strong Analytical skills. Strong Interpersonal skills, Self-motivated and innovative
10 to 12 Years of Experience in Mechanical Design of Electrical and Power Electronics Equipment
Desired experience:
Experience in designing mechanical panels for high voltage systems
Experience in UPS or Solar Industry
Good knowledge in IEC Standards.
Familiar with Japanese language.
