Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with 2+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and maintaining websites using platforms like WordPress and Shopify, as well as custom development using PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, MySQL, jQuery, and Bootstrap. You will be responsible for creating responsive, high-performance websites and ensuring seamless functionality across all devices and browsers.

Key Responsibilities

Website Development: Design, develop, and maintain websites using WordPress, Shopify, and custom PHP development, ensuring they are responsive, user-friendly, and optimized for performance.
Front-End Development: Implement designs using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like Bootstrap, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and adherence to modern web standards.
Back-End Development: Develop and maintain server-side logic, databases, and APIs using PHP and MySQL, ensuring data integrity and security.
Theme and Plugin Customization: Customize and extend WordPress themes, Shopify themes, and plugins to meet specific business requirements.
E-Commerce Development: Develop and maintain e-commerce sites, integrating payment gateways, shipping options, and other necessary functionalities.
Maintenance and Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing websites, troubleshoot issues, and implement updates as needed.
Performance Optimization: Optimize website speed, performance, and SEO to ensure fast load times and high search engine rankings.
Collaboration: Work closely with designers, content creators, and other developers to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
Code Quality: Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code, following best practices and industry standards.
Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure websites function properly on all devices and browsers.

Qualifications

Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in full stack web development.
WordPress & Shopify: Strong experience with WordPress and Shopify, including theme customization, plugin development, and e-commerce integration.
PHP: Proficiency in custom PHP development, with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming and MVC frameworks.
Front-End Skills: Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap, with a focus on creating responsive and interactive user interfaces.
Database Management: Experience with MySQL, including database design, optimization, and query development.
Version Control: Familiarity with Git for version control and collaboration.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to solve complex technical challenges.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with clients when needed.

Preferred Skills

UX/UI Design: Basic understanding of UX/UI principles to collaborate effectively with designers.
SEO Optimization: Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools to optimize websites for search engines.
API Integration: Experience with integrating third-party APIs, including social media, payment gateways, and shipping providers.
CMS Platforms: Familiarity with other content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
