* Mandatory: Bachelors Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a reputed institute

* Preferred: Masters Degree in Architecture (M.Arch) or equivalent

Job Summary:

Meta Arch Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to lead and manage architectural projects, from conceptual design to execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and project management skills. They will work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality and innovative architectural solutions, with a strong emphasis on Building Information Modelling (BIM) workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Planning:

Develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs for various projects.

Ensure compliance with zoning regulations, building codes, and sustainability standards.

Work on master planning, façade design, and interior spatial planning.

Utilise BIM softwa) to develop accurate and efficient building models.

BIM & Digital Design Integration:

Develop and manage BIM models for architectural projects.

Coordinate with MEP, structural, and other consultants using BIM workflows.

Ensure clash detection and model accuracy using ArchiCAD.

Optimise design coordination using 3D visualisation tools and parametric modelling.

Project Management:

Oversee design development, coordination, and execution of projects.

Collaborate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and other stakeholders.

Prepare and review BOQs, material specifications, and construction drawings.

Client & Consultant Coordination:

Lead client meetings to understand project requirements and expectations.

Provide presentations, 3D visualisations, and technical justifications as required.

Coordinate with government authorities for approvals and compliance checks.

Team Leadership & Mentoring:

Supervise and mentor junior architects and design teams.

Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Foster an innovative and collaborative work environment.

Technical Expertise & Innovation:

Stay updated with new architectural trends, materials, and construction technologies.

Implement sustainable and energy-efficient design strategies.

Utilise BIM software (Graphisoft - ArchiCAD 27) to develop accurate and efficient building models.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong design and visualisation skills with expertise in ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.

Extensive experience in BIM modelling, documentation, and coordination.

Ability to handle clash detection, parametric design, and digital twin workflows.

Expertise in building regulations, structural concepts, and green building principles.

Experience in handling large-scale commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects.

Leadership skills to guide teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines.

Strong communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in designing infrastructure, smart cities, or large-scale urban projects.

Knowledge of parametric design, 3D printing, or sustainable architecture technologies.

Certification in LEED, IGBC, or similar sustainable design accreditation.
