Bim Architect

We are looking for young, dynamic and result oriented architect for our Ahmedabad office

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM strategies and workflows for architectural projects.
• Collaborate with design teams to create and manage BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create architectural models/ design using BIM software (e.g., Revit) and ensure accuracy and completeness of design information.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to integrate architectural designs into the overall BIM project model.
• Generate architectural construction documents and support the creation of as-built documentation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM technology and methodologies.
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet project deliverables and deadlines.
• Ensure adherence to company/project BIM standards, templates, and best practices.
• Collaborate and coordinate with MEP and Structural design teams for seamless project integration.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.E/ B.Arch/B.Tech/M.Arch/M.Tech in Architectural /Civil Engineering with 4-7 Yrs of work experience
• Proficiency in BIM software (preferably Revit Architecture) and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with Sketch Up, Lumion, and other visualization tools.
• Experience working in a ProjectWise/BIM 360 Common Data Environment (preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of architectural design codes and industry standards.
• Strong coordination skills to interface with architectural, structural, and MEP teams
