Delivery Manager - Data & Analytics Solutions

• The Delivery Manager for Data and Analytics Solutions will oversee the successful delivery of data and analytics projects and initiatives within Global Enterprise Solutions (GES) , ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs
• This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of data and data analytics, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively
• Your focus will span the entire data spectrum, emphasizing finance, procurement, employee services, and service desks
• You will work within a diverse range of enterprise system landscapes, including SAP, ServiceNow, and SuccessFactors, while leveraging cutting-edge data platform technologies such as Palantir Foundry, Snowflake, SAP BW/HANA, and AWS

Who you are:

• Bachelor s Degree: A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Master s Degree (Preferred): An advanced degree such as a Master s in Data Science, Business Analytics, or an MBA with a focus on data management and analytics
• Certifications (Optional but Beneficial): Relevant certifications in project management (eg, PMP, Agile), data analytics, or specific technologies (eg, SAP, AWS, Snowflake) can enhance qualifications
• Proficiency in English (Verbal, Written) Professional Skills, Qualifications and Experience

Primary Skills:

• Proven experience 15+ years of experience working across the data spectrum
• Collaborate with key stakeholders (from business and IT) to enhance the understanding and utilization of data across finance, procurement, employee services, and service desks
• Also help identify data requirements for integration into analytics platforms supporting various projects
• Provide subject matter expertise in data management, governance, and analytics
• Specific expertise within the SAP ecosystem will be a bonus
• Develop and execute plans for delivering data solutions that support business operations, advanced analytics, and reporting metrics
• Build and maintain strong relationships with data delivery partners in IT and data consumers across finance, procurement, employee services, and service-desk functions
• Manage data project milestones, identifying and mitigating risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in the data development lifecycle
• Track and manage workstreams and associated KPIs to ensure successful delivery of data solutions
• Ensure compliance with firmwide policies and standards related to data
• Design and implement processes to identify, monitor, and mitigate data risks, focusing on data protection, retention, storage, usage, and quality
• Influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues promptly
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members in executing specific data-related tasks
• Contribute to data modernization initiatives, including cloud migration and integration of data platforms
• Identify and document critical data elements, ensuring proper classification and metadata management to facilitate understanding and control
• Document requirements for data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness, and coordinate resources to meet these standards
