Strategic Partnership Manager

• We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Project Management Officer & Strategy Planning to join our dynamic team
• This role will involve managing complex projects, developing strategic plans, and driving operational excellence

• Project Management:Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions
• Effectively communicate project status to stakeholders at all levels
• Utilize project management tools to track progress and measure performance
• Strategic Planning:Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitive landscapes, and business performance
• Develop strategic plans aligned with organizational goals and objectives
• Identify opportunities for growth and innovation
• Evaluate the impact of strategic initiatives and recommend adjustments as needed
• Data Analysis:Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights
• Utilize data visualization techniques to present findings effectively
• Leverage data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning
• Presentation Skills:Develop compelling presentations to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences
• Tailor presentations to different levels of stakeholders, from executives to technical teams
• Use effective storytelling techniques to engage and persuade

Who You Are:

• Proven experience in project management and strategic planning
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in project management tools (eg, MS Project, Jira) and data analysis tools (eg, Excel, Power BI)
• A growth mindset and a passion for continuous learning
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• A bachelors degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in project management (eg, PMP, PRINCE2)
• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Knowledge of industry-specific trends and best practices
