Job Location : Ecity, Bangalore Install, Develop, maintain and configure laboratory applications (Preferrably Labvantage LIMS, and/or CDS, SDMS), handle customer requests, problem incident handling, technical change management Roles Responsibilities: Operation, development and Maintenance of LAB IT Applications(LIMS, CDS, SDMS..etc)Coordination with external supplierQuality control of LAB IT Applications, Contribute for LAB IT Applications Service / Project activitiesProcess optimization, governance and change controlIQ / OQ, Test executionResponsible for L2/L3 TroubleshootingBusiness analyst activities (support of Business requirement generation, functional specification, Business consulting)Process optimization, governance and change control Qualification, Skills Experience: You hold a Bachelors degree in a computer system, engineer, natural science or comparable discipline.Minimum 8+ years software development or LIMS or CDS or SDMS implementation / maintenanceExperiences in Laboratory Informatics environments(ex:- Instrument Interfacing, Integration)Development experience in LIMS LabVantage 8.x or higher, Openlab CDS or SDMS, Master data, Jasper Reports or other reporting toolsKnowledge of ITIL framework - Proficient understanding of GMP, 21CFRPart11, and related regulations associated with Pharmaceutical product manufacturing Customer friendly personality with strong analytical capabilities and strong process orientationEffective written and verbal communication skills in English
