Title: Specialist - Salesforce AdministratorLocation: Bangalore - Electronic City Description:As a Salesforce Administrator Expert/Specialist, you will be an integral part of the broader SLS EMEA Sales, Marketing, and Customer Excellence organization. Your primary role will be within the EMEA CRM team, where you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support for the daily and operational tasks related to our CRM tool, Salesforce.com for the SLS EMEA CRM user community which are essential for maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of the Salesforce system within the EMEA region Salesforce certifications such as ADM-201 and ADM-211Profound understanding of Salesforce objects and their functionalityAbility to create reports, dashboards, and maintain data securityKnowledge of workflow rules, process builders, validation rules, and flowsBasic understanding of Apex, Visualforce, and SOQLCapacity to coordinate with global IT and other CRM teamsStrong customer-centric mindset with a focus on high-quality issue resolutionExcellent communication and collaboration skillsProven ability to manage and support a large user community, serving over 2000 usersCapability to work on ad-hoc requests while maintaining focus on continuous system improvementThis role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the operational excellence of our CRM system while actively supporting the Sales teams in achieving their targets.
