GSO Engineering is the Engineering arm of Groupons Global Services Organization that encompasses Customer Support, Merchant Operations and Sales Integration among others. Things we work on range from tools that help our Customer Service Agents at our Shared Service Centres across the world to the Self Service resolutions on the Groupon website and our vision is to build the next generation Marketplace Ecosystem that will enable our customers and merchants to interact and facilitate faster resolutions.

You ll spend time on the following :

You will develop custom solutions in Salesforce for our sales, service, and marketing teams
You will manage configuration of our calling systems and other vendor tools that integrate with Salesforce instance.
Collaborate with other product, Business and engineering teams integrating with our services
Manage the full salesforce Instance on Configuration, access management, Data management, Setting up approval flows and end to end ownership for Merchant and Customer Operations.
You will support Audit requirements and develop integrations if required with Groupon micro-services

We re excited about you if you have :

BS, MS or PhD in Computer Sciences or related fields with 4+ years in software development
Experience in managing a Salesforce instance for an Organization
Certified with Salesforce Administration
Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components a plus
Good communication and collaboration skills
