Key Responsibilities:
Technical Analysis & System Integration
- Analyze technical requirements for POS/UPI acquiring systems, covering hardware, software, and network components.
- Assess system specifications and ensure compatibility with existing infrastructure.
- Collaborate with development teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to integrate POS acquiring solutions seamlessly.
- Ensure interoperability between various payment systems and components.
System Deployment & Configuration
- Configure POS terminals, gateways, and related equipment as per specifications.
- Coordinate installation, testing, and validation of POS acquiring solutions.
- Ensure smooth deployment and implementation of new solutions and upgrades.
System Support & Maintenance
- Provide ongoing technical support for POS/UPI acquiring systems, including troubleshooting issues and applying upgrades or patches.
- Monitor system performance, detect issues proactively, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain uptime and reliability of payment processing infrastructure.
Technical Documentation & Compliance
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, EMV) and security best practices to protect sensitive transaction data.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Process Improvement
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and service providers to address technical concerns.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide training sessions and knowledge transfer to end-users and support teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in technical analysis, integration, and support of POS/UPI acquiring systems.
- Strong understanding of POS hardware, payment processing protocols (EMV, PCI-DSS), and transaction security.
- Proficiency in network technologies (TCP/IP, VPN, routing protocols) relevant to payment infrastructure.
- Experience in POS terminal configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices is a plus.
