Job Description
- To Visit assigned merchants as per beat plan and report on a daily basis.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with current and potential clients in order to create an atmosphere that fosters sales.
- Engage and train Brands across hierarchy to implement payment solutions across the merchant base.
- Acquire, engage and train merchants on payment solutions.
- Meet the set goals and sales targets
- To promote marketing activities offered by Bank/Brands and Benow to the merchants.
- Interact with Immediate manager and internal teams for merchant s issue resolution.
- Present periodic reports to management on sales operations
- HSC Passed/Any Graduate
Essential
- At least 2 year of field sales experience of Merchant Acquiring / Banking/Telecom industry or field sales Experience
- Hands on experience with merchant acquiring, engagement & payment solutions
Soft Skills
- Good negotiation, communication and convincing skills.
- Analytical skills
