Job Overview:

Senwell Group Private Limited is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Head to lead and oversee all human resource functions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR strategy, talent management, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development, particularly in the manufacturing and IT sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• HR Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
• Talent Acquisition & Management: Drive end-to-end recruitment processes, workforce planning, and talent retention strategies.
• Employee Relations & Engagement: Foster a positive work culture, handle grievances, and ensure employee satisfaction.
• Performance Management: Establish performance evaluation systems, succession planning, and career development programs.
• HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
• Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll, salary structuring, and employee benefits programs.
• Training & Development: Design and execute employee training and upskilling programs.
• HR Operations & Administration: Manage HR systems, employee records, and HRMS software for smooth HR operations.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 15+ years in HR leadership roles, preferably in manufacturing or IT industries.
• Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HRMS software and recruitment platforms.
• Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.

Preferred Candidate:

• Candidates with experience in both manufacturing and IT sectors.
• Immediate joiners or those available within a short notice period.
• Strong adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
