We are looking for an NPD Manager who is passionate about innovation and can lead the New Product Development (NPD) function with technical expertise and strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ New Product Development (NPD): Lead end-to-end development of aerospace components, from concept to production.

✔ Machining Excellence: Drive CNC, VMC, Turn-Mill, 2D & 3D programming, and setting for high-precision manufacturing.

✔ Prototype to Production: Manage first article development (FAI), process validation, and AS9100 compliance.

✔ Tooling & Process Optimization: Define optimal jigs, fixtures, and tooling for high-accuracy machining.

✔ Cost & Feasibility Analysis: Evaluate RFQs, BOM, cycle times, and cost-effectiveness for new projects.

✔ Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with design, quality, and production teams for seamless NPD execution.

✔ Customer & Supplier Coordination: Engage with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to align NPD timelines and specifications.

✔ Continuous Improvement: Implement lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process innovations to enhance efficiency.

Required Skills & Expertise:

✅ Strong Knowledge of CNC, VMC, Turn-Mill Operations

✅ Expertise in 2D & 3D Programming, GD&T, and CAD/CAM Software

✅ Experience in AS9100, ISO 9001, and Aerospace Quality Standards

✅ Proficiency in Process Engineering, Tool Selection, and Cycle Time Optimization

✅ Ability to Lead Cross-Functional Teams and Manage Multiple NPD Projects

✅ Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills in Machining & Manufacturing
