New Product Development (NPD) Manager

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced New Product Development (NPD) Manager to lead our product innovation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in R&D, product development, and commercialization, with a passion for driving innovation in the food and beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end NPD projects from ideation to commercialization.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and develop new product concepts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and QA.
• Optimize product formulations for taste, nutrition, and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations, HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards.
• Lead sensory analysis, product testing, and data-driven improvements.
• Manage supplier relationships for raw material sourcing and quality assurance.
• Prepare and present reports on project progress and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• M.Tech/B.Tech in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in FMCG product development.
• Strong project management skills with experience in Stage Gate processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
