• Check drawings.
• Determine the process.
• Determine jigs.
• Determine tools.
• Create the programme.
• Determine cutting conditions
• Install tools and take offsets Attach the jig and form the soft jaws Operate while checking programme and tool length
• Inspect the finished product and make a pass/fail decision.
• Mass production
• Understanding of industrial standards (ISO, JIS).
• Ability to use CAD and CAM.
• Ability to read information from drawings and create 3D models correctly.
• The candidate must understand the structure of the CNC/VMC machinery and be able to plan appropriate maintenance and servicing.
• At least 10 to 15 years' experience in component machining.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Proficient in English language skills.
