Key Responsibilities:

Asset Allocation & Portfolio Construction:

- Develop tailored asset allocation solutions based on Investment Policy Statements, incorporating strategic views on asset classes.

Performance Reporting & Evaluation:

- Prepare detailed monthly/quarterly portfolio evaluation reports, including analyses on market performance, investment results, style exposures, and rebalancing recommendations.

Manager Commentary & Analysis:

- Review and create quarterly manager commentary by assessing fund/investment strategies, analyzing market influences, and aligning with the asset managers' investment processes.

Project & Stakeholder Management:

- Lead and support ad-hoc client projects and strategic initiatives.

- Collaborate with client teams to manage asset allocation reviews, portfolio construction, and investment policy amendments.

Research & Insights:

- Contribute to the Strategic Research Team by producing intellectual publications, writing research papers on economic trends, and supporting ESG and asset class analysis for clients.

Team Development & Mentorship:

- Train and mentor junior team members, provide peer reviews, and lead knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Operational Support:

- Assist Process Leads with KPI and dashboard reporting, ensuring exceptional service delivery and managing escalations effectively.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance or economics

- 5-7 years of experience in wealth management/investment industry, with a comprehensive understanding of asset classes such as equity, fixed income, and alternatives

- Proficiency in tools like Bloomberg, Morningstar, Lipper, and advanced knowledge of MS Office

- Progress toward CFA, CAIA, or CIPM certifications

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated success in working with international professionals

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain standards within a dynamic environment

- Stakeholder management expertise, ensuring high-quality service delivery
